FAQ
What people ask us.
Do I have to pay to try it?
Creating your house is free, with its rooms and arrival details. To book stays and invite your family, you need the subscription: €4.99 a month per house, or €39.99 a year. Your first single-house subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, once per App Store or Google Play account.
Does my family have to pay?
No, never. Only the owner of the house subscribes. Invited people use Priboo without paying anything.
Can two families be there at the same time?
Yes, each in its own room. What is impossible is booking the same room for the same nights.
What happens if I stop the subscription?
Nothing is deleted: the house, its stays, its calendar and its arrival details stay visible to everyone. But nobody can add or change a stay, or invite anyone, until you subscribe again. Cancelling a stay is still possible.
