Terms of Service

Last updated: Version 2026-10-04

This is the text of the Priboo app, word for word. It is copied automatically every time the site is updated.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Priboo application. Priboo is published by Marc Leonetti, 83 rue Cambronne, 75015 Paris, France.

Priboo lets a group of people (a family, friends, co-owners) sort out stays in one or more shared houses: who comes when and in which room. Priboo is neither a rental platform nor a payment intermediary between its users, and takes no part in any arrangement they make between themselves.

2. Access

Access requires an account, created with an email address and password or through a third-party identity provider. You agree to give a valid address and to keep your credentials confidential.

You can delete your account at any time from the app. If you own a shared house, you are asked to transfer or explicitly delete it first, so that deleting your account does not destroy the other members' history.

3. Age

Priboo is made for families. A minor may use it with the agreement of whoever holds parental authority, who remains responsible for the account.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without that agreement. If you believe otherwise, write to us and the account will be deleted.

4. Subscription

Creating a house, its rooms and its practical details is free.

Booking stays and inviting other people into a house requires a subscription for that house, monthly or yearly, bought by its owner through the App Store or Google Play. Invited members pay nothing. The store may offer a free trial on the first subscription; its length is shown before purchase, and the subscription starts when it ends unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. It renews automatically until cancelled, and is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase and at each renewal. You can cancel at any time in that account’s settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

On expiry no data is deleted and no member is removed: the house can still be viewed, but stays can no longer be added or changed, and no new members can be invited, until the subscription is renewed. Cancelling a stay remains possible.

5. What you publish

You remain responsible for what you publish: names, photos, addresses, access codes, comments. You warrant that you are entitled to publish it, especially where it concerns other people.

We may remove manifestly unlawful content, whether reported to us or not.

6. Personal data

Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with the General Data Protection Regulation.

7. Liability

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Priboo records the bookings you enter; it does not arbitrate them. If you disagree about dates, resolving it is up to you. We cannot be held liable for the consequences of a stay, for a dispute between members, or for content published by a user.

8. Intellectual property

The application, its code, visual identity and texts are protected. Unauthorised reproduction or reuse is prohibited.

You keep every right in the content you publish; you grant us only the right to host it and show it to members of the houses concerned, solely in order to run the service.

9. Changes

These terms may change. They carry a version number and a date, shown at the top of this document.

Any substantial change is flagged in the app and your acceptance is asked for. Continuing to use the app after a minor change constitutes acceptance.
